      CALL FOR BOARD NOMINATIONS

 

Hello Owners of Crystal Ridge,

 

This email is a reminder to send us a nomination for the Board of Directors.

 

There are 4 open positions available on the Board of Directors. We have not received any nominations so far, and your annual meeting is this coming March 16, 2026.

 

The election of the Board of Directors will be held via electronic ballot and/or mail-in ballot before the Annual Meeting.

 

The results will be announced at the Annual Meeting.


If you would like to serve on the Board of Directors and submit your name for the election, please submit your candidate form online at https://form.jotform.com/navigatecm/candidateform. If you would like a printed copy of the form, please contact our office by email.

 

Why would you want to serve your community by joining the Board of Directors?

1. To protect your investment (your home) and maintain property values.

2. Help maintain the quality of life you expect in your community.

3. To solve problems within your community.

4. To get informed and educated on the many facets of running a community association such as understanding financials, maintenance responsibility, etc.

5. Plan events for your community and welcome new homeowners

We are here to help!

 

Navigate Community Management guides and assists the Board on the day-to-day management of the Association. Navigate is comprised of a team of experienced professionals dedicated to the management of community Associations. We are the first point of contact for vendors, contractors, homeowners, and are happy to answer questions from Board Members. We handle many of the Association's tasks and requirements. We make it as easy as possible for the Board of Directors to make informed decisions.

This includes topics such as governance questions, violations requiring discussion, budget or financial inquiries for the Board, vendor or project oversight, or any matter the Board would expect me to be involved in.

    For general homeowner requests such as account questions, maintenance submissions, architectural applications, or routine assistance, residents should email support@navigatecm.com.
